I was very interested in the show today. I was at a men’s conference at Mo-Ranch in Hunt Texas when I went to a seminar where this topic was covered. Like your guest this speaker had spent time with Palestinian Christians there, and where he did not excuse the things some Palestinians had done he explained that Israel had a lot of ownership in the trouble there. He also explained the encroaching nature of the settlements. As Christians ; we tend to give the “children of God” a pass and I fear any person or people who have no grounding force in their life go a little off the tracks.
I have no idea how to solve this because they do have very motivated enemies. But worry that under our protection they may have become tyrants while fighting tyranny .
Doug, Don’t you think that there is some room for interpretation in the Creation acoucnt? I think it is important that we teach our kids that their are different views on issues like creation, and I felt like the treatment was very fair.
