Too much mega church buzzwordy crap.
In my humble opinion, kids continue on with the faith when it is demonstrated as being real. Whether that is the parents or some other significant person in their life, maybe it doesn’t matter. Too many kids never experience an authentic Christian that is willing to let God rule their life and let the chips fall where they may. We are too safe and we think God is intent on ruining our life so we feel we are in a better position to call the shots. How else are kids supposed to react when faced with blatant contradiction?
You want your kid to be a Christian? Be one yourself.
