British Prime Minister David Cameron and Louisiana try to out-Christian each other, and journalist Camerin Courtney joins the gang to discuss the state of Christians and all the Christiany movies we’re supposed to really really like (“Heaven is for Real,” “God’s Not Dead”) or really really hate (“Noah”). Can’t we just go see the movies we WANT to see?

I didn’t see the Noah movie and I won’t because it doesn’t seem interesting to me. But I’m not upset at Hollywood about it. I don’t expect Hollywood to teach me theology. Do other people expect to learn about God from movies? Maybe. And maybe I should be more concerned about how people portray my God. But if someone made a movie that was inaccurate about Mohammad, the Hindu gods, etc. I’m sure more people would be up in arms and not just Muslims or Hindus either.
Really liked the discussion of this show, but have any of you seen or read Dr. Brian Mattson’s take on Noah and it’s Gnostic and Kabbalist underpinnings?

I am from Britain. David Camerons statement of being a Christian is great hypocrisy, as he asses laws persecuting Christians, allowing them to be fired for supporting traditional marriage, and other laws. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I do not doubt Tony Blairs Catholicism, be the evidence in his actions and policies (although he did make errors) but the same cannot be said f David Cameron
